Success Stories

Completed Full Term Apprentice course from Tata Motors Limited

My hometown is Pune. I started in a Full Term Apprenticeship Course in 2016, after completing my 10th standard, at Tata Motors, Pune in Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) Trade. I was well trained on various skilling techniques covering Mechanical and Electrical aspects and was given an opportunity to work on various cars which helped me to polish my skills. This experience further helped to give my best in IndiaSkills Competition, which was memorable experience. I won Gold Medal at IndiaSkills 2018 and I am looking forward to repeat the success story at Kazan. I want to make my parents, Company and the Nation proud by winning a medal in WorldSkills Kazan.I am putting up lot of hard work to achieve this goal, which I feel is success mantra for WorldSkills.

I am from Bangalore, working with Concorde Motors (Dealership of Tata Motors) as a Technician. My parents work in the garment industry, my 2 elder sisters are married and younger brother is a student.

I won Silver Medal in IndiaSkills 2018 which is my biggest achievement so far . To achieve this, I have worked very hard and will continue to do so until final selection for Kazan. I have been trained on various car brands, which is very helpful for competition and personal growth as well. Since I am a Technican by profession, I can very well relate with Automobile Technology skill. Learning is a continuous process and everyday I learn new things in my workshop.IndiaSkills has given me this immense opprtunity to learn and execute the learnings on cars. I will try my best to be eligible for Kazan and represent my country on international platform.
